Revoking a User’s Login Access

This article explains how to deactivate an internal or external user in Buildend to revoke their login access.

Steps

1. Click your avatar in the top right corner of Buildend.
2. Select Settings.

3. In the left navigation, select Users.

   Review the user lists:

   • Active Users for internal company users
   • Active External Users for external users such as subtrades, architects, or engineers
   • Deactivated Users for users who no longer have access
4. Find the user you want to revoke access for.
5. In the Options column, click the three-dot menu.
6. Select Deactivate.

The selected user will be deactivated and their login access to your Buildend account will be revoked.
