Viewing Photos in Buildend

This article explains how the Photos module works in Buildend and how project photos are displayed.

1. Open the Documents > Photos module within your project.
2. View all project photos in a single gallery, organized in chronological order.
3. Note that photos shown here are automatically consolidated from files uploaded in Documents.
4. Understand that you will only see photos from document folders that you have access to.
5. Upload photos by attaching them to items within the platform, such as forms, RFIs, submittals, or contracts in Documents.
6. Once uploaded, the photos will automatically appear in the Photos module without any additional steps.
