My Time Card is where users can enter, review, and manage their own time entries across projects and activities.

Overview

My Time Card provides a centralized location for recording and reviewing the time you spend on project-related activities.

Time entries can be associated with projects, jobs, and cost codes. By maintaining accurate time records, organizations can improve project visibility, labor tracking, reporting, and operational planning.

Depending on your organization's configuration, time card information may also support payroll, project costing, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and other business processes.


Time Entry Lifecycle

My Time Cards represents the first step in the time tracking process, where users enter and record their time. The second step occurs in Manage Time, where approvers review and approve submitted entries.

As time entries move through the system, they follow a status-based lifecycle that reflects their progress from entry to approval and downstream use.

Once approved, time entries may be used in areas such as:

  • Project costing
  • Payroll processing
  • Financial reporting
  • Billable time tracking
  • Operational reporting
