Accessing a Prime Contract

To view a project’s prime contract in BuildEnd:

1. Navigate to the Project

   Go to the project whose prime contract you want to view.

2. Open Prime Contracts

   In the project tabs, select Financials, then click Prime Contracts.

3. Select a Contract

   You will see a list of prime contracts for the project. Depending on the setup, there may be one or multiple prime contracts. Click on the contract you want to view in detail.

4. Review Contract Details

   The prime contract view will display:

   • Summary of the Contract
   • Schedule of Values

   • Contract Status

     Additionally, you will see two related tabs:

   • Change Orders – A list of all change orders associated with the contract.
   • Invoices – A list of all invoices tied to the contract.

This view gives you a complete picture of the contract’s financial status and related documentation in one place.
