Accessing Project Submittals

To view submittals for a project in Buildend:

1. Navigate to the Project

   Open the project that contains the submittals you would like to view.

2. Open Submittals

   In the project tab, click Logs and then select Submittals.

3. View Submittal List

   You will see a list of all submittals for the project along with key details, including:

   • Submittal status
   • Submittal type
   • Specification section
   • Priority
   • Ball in Court assignment
4. Filter and Search
   • Use the Filter option to narrow down the list by available criteria.
   • Use the Search bar to quickly find a specific submittal.

5. View Submittal Details

   Click on a submittal to view it in detail. In the detail view, you will see:

   • The workflow approval log showing all responses made to this submittal
   • Any attachments related to the submittal

This allows you to track the full progress of a submittal, from creation to final approval.
