Accessing Project RFIs

To view RFIs for a project in Buildend:

1. Navigate to the Project

   Open the project containing the RFIs you would like to review.

2. Open RFIs

   In the project tab, click Logs and then select RFIs.

3. View RFI List

   You will see a list of all RFIs for the project, including:

   • RFI number
   • Question
   • Priority
   • Ball in Court assignment
   • Due date
   • Current status
4. Filter and Search
   • Use the Filter option to narrow results by selected criteria.
   • Use the Search bar to quickly locate a specific RFI.

5. View RFI Details

   Click on an RFI to open its details. In the detail view, you will see:

   • The workflow approval log, showing all responses and actions taken
   • Any attachments included with the RFI
   • References such as linked drawing markups, tasks, or change requests

This gives you a complete record of each RFI, its history, and all related project information.
