Buildend allows companies to manage important certificates and compliance-related documents directly within their Company Profile.
These documents help validate that a company is qualified, compliant, and authorized to perform work on a project. Certificates are commonly used to support safety requirements, contractual obligations, insurance verification, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Companies can upload and maintain certificates to ensure project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants remain in good standing throughout the lifecycle of a project.

The types of certificates managed in Buildend may vary depending on company type, project requirements, or regional regulations. Common examples include:
Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

Certificates can be managed directly in the Buildend Directory under each Directory Profile.
Depending on permissions, users may be able to:
Upload new certificates and compliance documents
View active certificates
Track document validity and expiration dates
Clearly identify the governing body that issued the certificate
Maintain company compliance records in a centralized location
This helps project teams and administrators quickly verify company compliance information when needed.
Authorized users may also be able to update their own Company Profile in the settings area to add these documents.
