A Submittal Package is used to group related submittals together — typically by specification section, submittal type, or another identifying attribute. This helps organize and manage multiple submittals more efficiently.
Step 1: Navigate to the Submittals Log
Open the project where you want to create the submittal package.
In the project tab, select Logs → Submittals.
Step 2: Create the Package
In the top-right corner, click Create Package.
Fill out the required fields:
Package Number
Package Name
From the list of available submittals, select the submittals you want to include in this package.
Click Create Package to finalize.
Step 3: View and Manage Packages
To view all existing packages, click on the Packages tab.
To open a specific package, click its package name to see a summary of included submittals.
Important Notes
A submittal can only belong to one package at a time.
If a submittal is added to a new package, it will be automatically removed from its previous package.
This ensures each submittal is only associated with a single package for accurate tracking and workflow management.
